Structural Invariant
BeaconCore is a sealed, non‑overlapping architecture composed of domains, surfaces, and structural artifacts. It defines arrangement, not operation.
Domains
BeaconCore consists of three fixed domains:
- Record Domain — structural definitions and continuity
- Surface Domain — external boundaries and articulation
- Compute Domain — bounded verification only
Surfaces
Six canonical surfaces define ingress, shaping, and egress:
- Input Surface — ingress boundary
- Shaping Surface — constraint boundary
- Output Surface — egress boundary
- Interpretive Surface (External) — external articulation
- Structural Surface (External) — external structure display
- Identity Surface (External) — system designation
Structural Artifacts
Four sealed artifacts define the internal architecture:
- Codex — structural definitions and primitives
- Registry — canonical placement of surfaces and boundaries
- Ledger — records of structural configuration and change
- Provenance Plate — origin geometry and identity
Structural Relationships
Artifact relationships describe configuration:
- Codex → Registry — definitions inform placement
- Registry → Ledger — placements are recorded
- Ledger → Provenance — continuity aligns with origin
